Problems associated with fruits and vegetables are higher risks of decay within a short period of time, leading to loss of products.

For fresh products that need prompt market delivery, we provide a special service for residue monitoring. Within 24 hours we analyse your product on nitrate and within 48 hours on pesticides (insecticides, fungicides and biocides). For quality monitoring of vegetables, fruits and fruit products we offer microbiological analyses to determine the presence of mycotoxins (e.g. aflatoxin, ochratoxin and patulin). We also check for additives (preservatives) and contaminants such as heavy metals (lead, cadmium, and mercury) and environmental toxins (dioxins, radioactivity and GMO).

We can analyse for food borne viruses (Norovirus and Hepatitis A) and Alicyclobacillus.
